Electric Czars

Not a typo, I mean Czar. I was blessed with another round of sales discussion about solar panels on my house. Apparently solar panels and batteries cost me nothing ever, in fact pay me. I install panels and batteries, everyone pays me for my newly generated electric goods. If the power goes out then they buy my battery storage. First question where is the mark up? That’s the business model? I’m quitting my job and Reuck Customs is taking over. Bring your car in, I will rebuild it from the bottom up then pay you for it. Business will be booming. I lease the blah, blah the state of California has rebates blah, blah. So I pay the solar company every month, California will give me back a rebate. Solar subscription, great. Next question where do I get paid? Well if I generate 10 electric grapes and store 10 electric grapes in my lithium battery grape cart SoCal Edison will buy them. How do I know how many grapes I have? The meter you lease will tell the solar company then put it through the meter Edison owns. Who checks them for accuracy? They do. Weird? I wonder what truck is best. I will ask the Dodge and Toyota dealerships I’m sure they will tell me the Ford F250. Keep in mind the gas pump at Chevron and the scale in the deli at Vons get inspected. By Riverside county! Already the fix is in, and nobody notices. Brian you ran your air conditioning and microwave, you used 11 grapes. 4 grapes are at $10 a grape, 5 grapes are at $15 a grape, and 2 grapes are $20 a grape. $155 you have until the first to pay. Really I used 11 grapes? Why would they lie? So my monthly subscription to solar panels inc made 10 grapes? Yeah trust us. Keep in mind natural gas is bad, propane is bad. I need to completely run my house on electric grapes for the environment. And gas and diesel are bad, I have to be 100% reliant on electric grapes being sold to me by a company that owns the meter that counts the grapes with zero oversight? Price set by the company. Please let that sink in. Drive to the park, the store and cook dinner for the family. Read the post about the climate crisis, not without paying for your grapes from the electric Czar. Last question the lithium battery is explosive and can spontaneously combust? The perfect addition to the wall of my house. Battery bricks that burn so hot they melt steel and turn concrete to dust. Awesome sure glad I have my state of California mandatory fire sprinklers, which can’t put out a lithium battery fire.

Great. I am going to be starting a campaign for ethanol for the road. I’ll keep you posted.
