Pre-premarathon

Finally finished another week of school. Kicking my ass. Now on to my current week of running. So two things I have learned first if you want a stellar run or training week every time you will be frustrated. Getting up and out for one mile is 1/10th as big as ten miles but at 100% more than zero miles. Training is never going to be perfect. I am looking better than last year and will put a little more effort into losing some weight for this year.

Next running is like being a vegetarian. There are all levels from part time less meat eaters to militant vegans. Running is the same, you will find 150 mile a week runners and part time treadmill characters. And some people will hate it. There is a real large amount of people that will hate your running and tell you about it. Every time! Get past them, at best most people don’t care one bit about you and your running. Do it for you. Life is too short for not running, driving boring cars. So go out, NOW! Fix something old.
