Because of that my shop time is at a minimum. But I saw a news story that is causing me to post. The Maersk shipping line has a new container ship. No real surprise there, these ships are under huge strains and the structure gets fatigued. They get replaced every so often. This new ship the MV whatever the hell is special. Any guesses? It’s green! Helping the world achieve carbon zero by Tuesday. It’s run on ethanol not diesel. Clean burning. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with the cost of diesel versus ethanol. This is all for the planet. When everyone clapped, I said wait! I can’t run my trucks on ethanol and be environmentally kind. I can’t even buy alcohol for a street car. The best I can do is a couple of E85 stations. No my choice is lithium batteries and solar panels. My gas powered trucks are going to be outlawed. Battery or scrap metal and these global supply chain kings run a few ships on corn liquor. Keep making your junk in a gross polluting Chinese factory. Put it in an ethanol container ship, unload it with our lithium super charger fleet of spontaneously combustible machines. And buy it from Amazon. You don’t have to charge the Tesla to pick it up. Amazon prime’s fleet of 70 million two and a half ton delivery trucks will drop it off. I can see the world is greener already.
