I was able to clean up my hubs with a couple of small files and a Dremel tool. I used a fine stone and medium speed to prevent unintentional marks. And now new bearing races!!

Went to the shop today and….. Drum roll please. Nothing fits. So I gathered up all my old and new bearings, races and seals. I will go through all the numbers. Go get the right ones. So continue tomorrow.

I did remove the rear differential cover. Fluid was low and cruddy. But that is why you check. If your project has been sitting more than a year or so change everything. The cover was damaged with a lot of RTV silicone on the gasket. Still has a substantial leak. I will replace it tomorrow.
